05 March 2013 | How Long have we been Back?
Capt Rich (now for real)
If I had time to add up our expenses for our first 4 months back, I would.
If I had any time left at the end of the day to try and put into words on a more regular basis how busy we all are, I would. And if I had any spare time to enjoy Morro Bay a bit more, I certainly would!

About the only calm we have going is on the calm waters of the Morro Bay Estuary and this great little town of Morro Bay. The mooring purchase brought some certainty to our lives and tonight Lori and Jason went to freshmen orientation at Morro Bay High School, where Jason and Amy will be attending next year. Amy took the news well because she hates the 1hr bus ride to and from San Luis High each day. The kids will be able to ride their bikes to Morro Bay High and Amy is excited about that, Jason...well he would rather go back to Mexico than to High School, but I told him today that if I had to suffer, so did he!

I passed my USCG Captain's test last week and when I told Lori that she would have to address me as "Captain" she laughed and said sure, "Captain Bozo". I tell ya, what does a guy have to do these days to get any respect? Lori's answer of course was, "easy, get your To-Do-List done"...uggg.
