Who would believe that I have free WiFi while anchored out in the middle of no where enroute to La Paz? I was gearing up to make a blog post via the HF radio when I noticed my WiFi signal indicator in the green, which lets me put up a photo along with the blog post.

The trip from Cabo to Bahia Frailes was a wet one. Not because of rain, the skies were blue and dry, but because we bashed most of the 43 miles into 20 knots of wind with 3-4ft steep chop seas. The result was a deck awash in waves and spray with the boat pounding, as we officially entered the Sea of Cortez. Before the weather got bad, Amy and Lori were working on some home school math as the photo shows.

Our plan is to anchor here for two nights and enjoy the great snorkeling and maybe scuba diving this National Park area has to offer before heading up to the next anchorage enroute to La Paz . There are about 20 other Ha-ha boats anchored here with us, so in a way, it feels like the rally is still going, we are even setting up a potluck on THIRD DAY for my B-day tomorrow night.

That's all for me tonight, I have to get going on entering the kids daily journal entries into the blog, teaching them typing is at the top of the list!
