What a feast & Steven becomes an apprentice
Not content with taking us out on their boat, Jordi and Rosa kindly invited us to their home to celebrate the Fiesta de Santa Rosa.
Another Torre!
As we were leaving, one of the cruise ships (Navigator of the Seas) was just arriving into port so we were glad we had not had to share Cartagena with all their passengers.
It was a motoring passage due to the very light winds. On transiting the marine reserve, we saw large numbers of flying fish, dancing across the waves. We arrived in Torrevieja mid-afternoon and dropped the hook for the night in the company of another two British boats and a German boat.
This was to be a great anchorage as it is behind both breakwaters and would provide us great shelter. We were really happy - this will change
