We heard from Colin this morning, and as he said, there's good news and bad news. The good news is he gets to sleep in tomorrow, cozy in his hotel in Cardiff. The bad news is that the snowstorm that has brought the UK to a standstill will delay his return to us by several days. Heathrow airport is closed, and the roads are bad enough that the coach service isn't running anyway. At least he can spend the delay time in the comfort of a nice hotel rather than hanging out in the airport.

We spent a quiet day here mostly on the boat with a few errands (to the post office to mail some X-mas packages and to a market to get some much needed fresh veggies). Evelyn and Leslie did more schooling, and we listened to an audio book and did crafts. The photo is from yesterday's excursion to the St. Augustine Light House.
