An Early Christmas

"It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas" -- Wait, it's July! Christmas Cove is a convenient stopover about half-way between Portland and Penobscot Bay.
It is a pretty, protected, harbour which is chock full of moorings (most of which were full). Of course, just to make it interesting, we had a thick carpet of lobster pot bouys hidden by fog at the enterance...
We had planned on staying for one night but ended up staying for a layover day due to heavy rain, fog, and otherwise bad weather.
Kaela, however, enjoyed being stuck on the boat; she baked butterscotch brownies!
