Tuesday, March 25, 2014 Ensenada Honda, Culebra 18d, 18.4m N; 65d, 17.9m W

We had an easy 10 mile broad reach from the easternmost point of Vieques to Culebra's Ensenada Honda in a 12 knot easterly breeze. We got ourselves anchored in a pretty crowded harbor, then dinghied in for a walk around the little town of Dewey. We found ourselves at the ferry dock as the ferry from Puerto Rico pulled in. It disgorged about a hundred people, some of them apparently residents with their shopping bags, but most were obviously tourists, mostly twenty-somethings looking to PARTY! WooHoo! We heard some nice music coming from a sidewalk bar, so we ordered a drink and enjoyed the scene. The musician was a talented lady of indeterminate age with a thick fakebook of popular music, a great voice and good guitar skill. Very nice. After a couple of beers, we made our way back through the small town and back to the boat.
