Pauline
After a good sleep at anchor, we left through Strangers Cay and made our passage along al the small inlets, or islands, called "cays" f.e. Carters Cay, Moraine Cay, passed Great Abaco I, and the water is called the Sea of Abaco, its protected of the wind and waves from the Arlantic, but very shallow, sometimes less than 2mt. You see 360degrees of see, and than a bank with some shrubs. From a distance it seems nothing, but if you come closer you see there is life ashore, not much. We reache Green Turtle Cya after 6 hrs of and we were greated by heavy rain and a rainbow, and again wonderful people, Dough and Celia, who offered a beer and friendship. It made us feel very welcome. After getting Tal"Lira docked, we had to go to Custums the next morning, and they leant us their Golfcart!! Splendid. The ride was beautiful, a small seltlement, New Plymouth, with a great mane. Got our ok's and a cruising permit, again, because its valid for a year, but if you are out of the Bahama's for more than 3 months, it expired, that how the stay alive! More ....so to be continued
