Los Barriles update

Fred/perfect
We drove to Los Barriles after saying goodbye to La Paz and made the mandatory stop in San Bartolo for a dozen tamales. Before that we made the $30.00 lunch stop in El Triunfo for pizza, salad, loaf of bread, two cokes and two cookies for lunch. Lots of leftovers for later.
Drove into Los Barrilles and found the East Cape Casa and RV Park and signed up for two nights. Beautiful park with lush landscaping and cool palapas built around trailers. See photo gallery for some shots. Got a nice space and ran into Dannille who was traveling with her dog in a sister Road Trek. Became fast friends and looked over each other's rigs, kinda like dogs do when they first meet.
Went to the pool where we were greeted by Graham from Pahrump NV ( didn't know anyone actually lived there) and he spends 6-7 months a year here. Turns out he is ex airline employee so he and Penny had lots to talk about. We heard all about the park's features and inhabitants. Most have already headed back north as the season is coming to an end. Those that were left were very friendly and inclusive. Invited us to the Friday evening happy hour at Smokey's and we went and had fun. Always nice to meat new people.
The park had a nice gravel wash rack so we gave Trekkie a much needed bath before heading to Flora Farms.
