Lifetime avid, formerly competive, sailors who had their own J-24's. Eileen owns "Fun Police" and Charlie owned "Beerrun" sailing at Eagle Creek Reservoir in Indianapolis. Both have owned numerous types of sailboats and have a great deal of experience in many types of small sailboats. [...] In addition to sailing they are partners in an Indianapolis marine business, Sailboats Inc., for ten years. They sold new and used sailboats, motors, trailers, kayaks and accessories. Plus they did repairs, hauling, storing and rigging. Eileen ran the ships store and has relationships with nearly every sailing supplier in America. She is also a seamstress and the varnish queen. Charlie is a certified Tohatsu outboard motor mechanic and Sea Hawk applicator. He also is a rigger. Both are well versed in fiberglass boat repairs and can do most any 'simple' boat shop job for sailboats 30 feet and under. The physical location is closed but the cruising kitty is now funded by helping others as needed along the way.

salvaged from Hurricane Katrina. Her entire exterior was renewed. New gel coat on the hull and deck, new bottom, stainless polished, ports replaced. The interior was removed, varnished and replaced and new plumbing installed. Chainplates and standing rigging were replaced; a dodger and bimini was added; and new running rigging and sails were put on. The former 'Lonesome Dove' is now the TARDIS and is restored to her original beauty and ready to time travel.
