Left Key West,Florida Tuesday morning with projected crossing time of 2.5 days via Cuba to Coqumel Mexico. Weather grib files showed excellent weather days two and three. The weather held, mostly; until Cuba. That evening thing went South- and stayed there! Sherry had made the right decision to fly Miami to Cancun; as it appeared we would never get there. Brad joked that when we arrived after 5 days that Sherry would have bag pipers playing Danny Boy. Made port in Cozumel and found a wonderful township full of wonderful people. The Port Captain, Customs, Immigration, and Agriculture were all extremely helpful and pleasant.Crossed from Cozumel to Puerto Aventuras where we sit; even today. Explored Mayan ruins, Playa del Carmen, and even looked for retired friend Bob Manley. Explored a hidden Cenote (underground cave) near Bob's place.The wedding of Sherry's daughter Nicole was breathtaking! (see pictures) Many fond memories for years to come! Brittney and Bob flew out Saturday; hope you all enjoyed yourselves. Love ya!
