Departure imminent

Our friend Trish dropped off our third crew for the gulf crossing last night (Danny), stayed for dinner, and left with our shore crew (Piper) who will be joining us again in Ketchikan. We hauled out yesterday afternoon (in the slings) for a survey, and it looks like today is the day for us to leave for Southeast. We've definitely gained weight since our last haulout! We've got a few things left to do - last minute shopping, fuel, water, and propane top-off, pinning the rig, rigging the jacklines, some paperwork to mail ... but the plan is to leave today.
We are settling into our new permanent home: two days ago I started the day with a run and we finished the day with some music on the boat. Life!
