Maiden voyage
Well, it blew like crazy for days before I left.....Barely a breath of wind for the three days I was out. Only made it to Vallejo( an 6 hour trip from San Rafael that is usualy a two hour run). Sailed out of there only to drift backwards with the currents. When I finally gave in and headed back I got good winds. Too good it turned out; my battery came loose and cracked a thru-hull fitting, causing a leak. Now I'm back in San Rafael and hauled out.
