My intention when leaving Madalena , was to spend the night in Calheta , then sail on to Angra . The wind held , it was a beautiful day so I sailed on . Arriving in Angra , Terciera , before 8:00 pm. About 70 miles . Dinner ,then bed .
The next day , I found the marina full . No worries . I'm at anchor and I have a dink . To shore . Laundry . And a little exploring .
A lot going on even at the entrance from the port . I have several hikes planned . And many sites to explore . I better get started .
