..and we got it! Wind that is. It's continuing to blow 20-25 true knots. We are all a little pooped out so trying to assure everyone is resting enough. We had a little mishap with our spinnaker pole today as we were headed downwind with the genoa and it snapped in two. Luckily for us, at the last minute I gave Scott the okay to buy a second pole so we have a back up (TIC). We had a nice chicken and rice casserole for dinner which I think filled everyone's bellies nicely. Hopefully Tuesday we will see the sun and the halfway point. I think we need some spirit lifting with some shorts and bare feet, not to mention all of our little gifts tucked away on board. Here's to a little less wind so we can actually enjoy our treats. We heard he results of the World Cup, dare I say go Spain in front of some of my Roche colleagues!?

P.S. I forgot to say the other day that Vince made the best EVER fish tacos from our amazing tuna catch! I have to say the best on the Pacific and you can't get any better. He definitely has set he bar for me.
