Ah, what a difference just a nap and a few hours can make. The tropical sunshine is upon us as I'm putting on the SPF 30 before my watch. John has on his custom sombrero driving, Jennifer did a great once-over on the boat inside, and we have clothes on hangars drying out from our wet evening...all we need is a cold beverage, of the alcohol variety would be my preference. This is why you do things, right? To appreciate the little finer things in life!?! Funny side note for some - we are having to ration baby wipes per day, but we have 20 rolls of TP remaining:) The wind is continuing to blow 20-25 kts with gusts here and there. I think this is what my Dad may call a "cruising day" which will allow us to get our game back on. Scott just informed me that "it was just like this for 10 days in 2008 without as much wind"...hmmmmmmm, not sure how that works out for Tiki J right now but so glad Ada Helen had awesome weather in 2008 (LOL)! My time is up, we have a "special" sail selection to attend to that I don't want our competitors to know about:) Vince and Brad can't seem to keep still for more than 5 minutes, so here I go.... Kim
