Threw clementines to Weatherly at lunch today! The weather is beautiful, wish you were here! We've officially graduated to sandals, so storing the boots. We saw a tire with a wheel in it, a piece of sponge, but that is about it for the trash report. Alyssa's bulletin board was very nice to wake up to this morning (my morning wake up is 10am due to the 3-6am shift!)...it has 7 different colors, and very artistic for a moving boat! We seem to be settling into lunch and dinner all together which makes for some good comraderie. This is also the time the stereo is blaring, taking time to listen to a little bit of everyone's ipods. Day 6 meal planning was our halfway point meal which is in the cooler in dry ice. I know I was being optimistic, but hey, never hurts to dream! We will now be trading Day 8 dinner since Day 7 is also in the cooler. It's all good, so who cares:) If that is our biggest challenge today - bring it on. Tiki J is performing awesome as she always does, it's now up to us to make her fast. Solid and fun boat - thanks as always Johnstones! Billy beat my 9.9 kts record with 11.9 kts this morning;( Always fun to have a little onboard competition among crew and/or siblings. A cargo ship is passing by now, they are extremely nice when we radio them taking our stern when requested. They always ask if we are alright which is extremely appreciated out here. We just saw a huge dolphin splash between us and the ship - hopefully she'll follow us and not the ship. Gotta go relax before Children's Hour. Hugs and kisses to Max and Cody. Sail fast, live slow... Kim
