Brad
When Plan B doesn't look like it's going to play out, I guess it's time to go back to Plan A. Simply put, that's to sail as close to the wind as comfortable until it gives out, then motor to new wind on the other side of the high. We've trimmed in and headed up, though the difference in ground track isn't very dramatic. Weather is quite nice, though just breezy and cool enough with the threat of a random splash (subject of previous blog entry) or sun shower to warrant at least light foulies. I think Dad has a set of foulies for each day based on the variety I've seen so far. I guess the return crew didn't get the "one man, one cubby" message :-)
By the way, neither Dad nor Vince has taken me up on the offer to blog, so you're getting an admittedly one-sided view of life on Tiki J.
1553 nm is the 1/4 of the way for those of you playing at home...should come a bit sooner since we're making some East again.
