We purchased Timeless Odyssey in January 2014 and put her in the water on 11 April at Trafalgar Wharf in Portsmouth. We have had a happy year in Port Solent sailing all around the Solent and Chichester harbours. In July we did a 3 week cruise across the channel to the Channel Islands and Brittany. It was a stunning shakedown. The boat was close to being ready to go around the world when we purchased it but we have been busy with several upgrades, a wind generator, extra solar on the arch, a sound system. At the time of writing I have purchased and am in the process of installing a water maker, with a SSB radio and a towed generator still to come before the end of May. We are planning a 4 month trip to the Baltic and back starting in June. This will take in the Gota canal and the Dutch mast up route. That was the motivation for starting this blog page.
