Getting the boat ready

I fly out Tues., Dec. 2, for 9+ days to manage repairs and improvements to the boat. This will include pulling the boat out of the water to replace the prop and rudder, and pulling the mast off the boat so we can get it ready for a SSB antenna. Smaller projects include new cushions for the cabin, installation of a diesel heater, new sails, and some upgraded electronics.
We've got to get the boat out of Portsmouth because the harbor will freeze there. So while we aren't ion a 'hurry up' mode just yet, time is of the essence.
I'll know more next week after I have had a chance to look at the boat and meet with the contractors.
