We tore ourselves away on Saturday morning and headed south once more. This part of the trip has been so very beautiful. We stopped on Saturday at Mosquito Creek - daunting name wouldn't you say?? We weren't overrun with mosquitoes and really enjoyed the tranquility of the place. Next to Bull Creek just inside the South Carolina border, this has to rank as our no. 2 favorite spot for anchorages on this trip. Shortly after our arrival we launched the dinghy and headed to B & B Seafood and purchased 2 pounds of fresh shrimp for $11.50! Such a bargain and so good. We like it simple so we just boiled it up, added some freshly made cocktail sauce and had it with our famous Caesar Salad. Better than eating out!

Next day on our way to Beaufort, SC we spotted a nice Blue Heron on the side of the canal. I was looking at him in my binoculars when he seemed to turn around, bent over, ruffle his tail feathers and moon us! That was a first!
