Got a few days sailing with Dave so looking at the wind, we decided to go eastwards, and then come back when the wind was forecast to die away again early next week. Ideally, Dave would like a 60-mile qualifying passage for his Yachtmaster, but the first day would be a gentle 12 miles around to Brixham to get him used to the boat. Wind dead behind so we gently sailed down mainly on the genoa into a nice berth in Brixham marina.
