Arrived in Figueira da Foz after a seven hour bumpy trip against the wind and swell. That’s the problem of going North up the coast in summer - you just have to do these things sometime if you are going to get anywhere. Friendly welcome in Foz, filled up with fuel and popped out for dinner in town. Foz has a huge beach, not in length but in depth and it takes ages to get to the sea.
