First time for new sail

The first real sail of the season and the first outing for the new mainsail. Bit chilly with a bit of rain but we sailed all the way to the entrance of Chichester Harbour. The mainsail looked perfect, apart from the lack of the sail number of course. On board was Richard, who will be joining me on the ARC+, Matt who sailed with me last year from Dartmouth to Lymington and Dan, joining us from sunny Luton for a couple of days. Tied up on a visitors' buoy at Itchenor. The Ship pub in the village was closed for some reason but Richard gave us a lift to the Lamb and the three of us walked back while Richard went home. Next stop a return to Hayling Island.
