We tried to get up to Green Island but the strong wind and swell were against us and we eventually retreated to Freeman's Bay in English Harbour. Not really a hardship as this morning we were treated to the big boats heading out to take part in the Superyacht Challenge. Quite a spectacular display. More paddle boarding for Joan and Alistair too.
