Breakfast and rugby. NZ fans,Joanne and Selwyn from Morning Cloud and Alan
Alan is very happy we can get the rugby world cup via free streaming on the internet here in Rabat. This morning kiwis gathered for the NZ Argentina game, 7.30 am here. Alan had been up since 5am watching the close game between South Africa and Australia, a bit early for me. Thanks to Japanese and Indian TV stations we had clear coverage and english commentary. So while the outside world was washing the Kings fizz boats, walking to work in the Moroccan medinas, dusting off leather bags in the souks we were watching rugby in NZ via the Marina internet from a TV station half a world away.
Isnt technology wonderful! Alan is happy and we get another week in Morocco to wander the souks looking for bargains.
