Hay mooove a long we need our breakfast too.
Recently we visited friends for lunch and left with an offer to housesit which includes looking after their 10 acre block, feeding hay to a few steers and keeping Milly the dog company. The weather has been a bit rainy but it is lovely being out in the countryside the peace only distrupted by the cattle complaining if their hay doesnt arrive on time.
On Tuesday we went back down to Hamilton to give a talk to our yacht club, the Waikato Yacht Squadron. It was lovely to see so many familar faces many we hadnt seen for a long time.
The building work at our sons house is now in full swing and Alan left me yesterday to feed the hay out while he went to help the builder. I managed the little four wheeler and trailer quite well although I think the cattle were a little perplexed. Marys coat, boots, and dog but not Mary.
