Hot & Sunny !!
We are now in Cergy about 40 miles from Paris. Had a good trip so far. Seen some very largr barges, up to 150Mtr long and about 2-4000 tons, not to be argued with. Locks seem to be fine,we think we are some of the first Brits up the river this year, we where certainly the first into Rouen.
The weather is hot and sunny and all is good.
The picture is of the first tanker to overtake us on the Ouistreham to Caen Canal near the Pegasus Bridge.
