Sorry it's been a while since our last update. We've been living on board for two weeks now and things are slowly finding homes. If you've never packed a boat for a long journey you've missed a real challenge! Not only do you have to find a practical place to put the car loads of stuff you absolutely must take, but it has to stay snuggly in it's place while the boat sails. As I put things in lockers I am updating our inventory to help us stay organized.

We're almost there though. The mast should be ready to step Wednesday and that's the last really big thing we have on the to-do list. We hope to cruise down river to Cathlamet for the Baja Cruiser's Rally on Friday, then come back here to finish up last minute stuff.

Time to head to town for another load. More later, Jane
