Hanging out at the Hook

After 4 very busy days in NYC and 4 rocking and rolling nights (I mean that literally) we have moved out to the edge of New Jersey. Currently Anchored near Atlantic Highlands, NJ. Great little town with very nice people. The wind is blowing hard out of the East and slowly moving to the North. Around here they say East is the Beast. So we wait which is a nice change after the rush of the last couple of weeks. Couple odd things, New Jersey has really cheep gas. approx. $0.80 cents/L.
Beer is cheaper than water and the people really do talk with the Thick Jersey accent like on TV. Saw a Sailboat named "Jib"rish, wish I'd thought of that one. Great name! We saw another one named Irish Wake. Mom I thought you like that one.
Not much else to report, Sheila is in good shape, there a few little projects to work on but nothing important.
We have made friends with a sail boat from Montreal with kids and Eva is enjoying playing with them.
We hit pure salt water just south of the Verrzano Narrows Bridge. Felt Sheila say Ahhhhhhh!!!
Very fun to be back in the Ocean!!
