After saying good bye to Kara and Aleina in Staniel Cay, we sailed north with our friends on Jaru, to the Pipe creek cay area. Lots of great drift snorkeling and impressive sand flats. We did some spear fishing, no lobster but we got 8 lion fish.
After saying a sad good bye to Jaru ( they're heading south back to Staniel) we spent a couple nights anchored of Johnny Depp's Island, (Little Hall's Pond). Its a great area and the 3 of us had fun exploring, snorkeling and generally being lazy. We then took off for Normans cay to catch up with MoMo. The last Lobster hunt of the season( season closes March 31) was a great success. 6 nice sized lobsters and we could have taken many more. Its was a fun end to our time in the Exuma's. The next morning we departed for New Providence and Nassau. Our 3 months in the Exuma's was wonderful in every way. Imagination could not have produced a more beautiful or interesting place!
We will remember our time here forever!!
