Marsh Harbour to Treasure Cay
18 April 2015
Tracy
The abacos are treating us well and we got to share some of it with Val and Brent. After picking them up in Marsh harbour we pulled anchor right away and moved to Fisher Bay on Great Guana cay where we would do some snorkeling and beach time before heading to Treasure cay marina where Val and Brent had a condo rented with a dock slip for us!!!! What a treat that was to be on a dock for a whole week with showers, a condo to cook in, a pool and Eva’s favorite thing was the TV!!! Our days in treasure cay were spent at the beach, pool then condo with AC and golf cart rentals to explore the island.
A day sail to Fowl cay was also squeezed in there with some amazing snorkeling.
So wonderful to have them with us and as always it is hard to say bye to our company. From here on in we are going to be doing more traveling then relaxing and playing, I hear the ice is out in front of Kingston so that is our cue.
We likely will be crossing to the USA in the next 10 days. The Bahamas have been wonderful and have been a great home for the last 4 months but it is time to prepare to leave.
Thank you Val and Brent for the wonderful week filled with laughs and great memories. We will see you soon!!
