Change of plans

06 July 2009
Well, as any sailor knows, all the best laid plans can change in a moment depending upon the whims of the wind! We set our course for Windmill Point, but found ourselves in an uncomfortable beam sea. So we changed our course and headed for Yorktown and the Riverwalk Landing, which is right at the foot of the Yorktown bridge - great location, great restaurants and a wonderful breeze cooling us down! We are headed up for showers and then dinner and then just relaxing and watching the sun set.

Tomorrow will see us up early, heading across the bay to Tangier Island. Hopefully I'll have pics to post!
