Finally we made it back to the boat on the 15th July - the first day we were allowed to stay overnight on the boat, according to Scottish Covid restrictions. Vela Vee looked pretty good after a Scottish winter, no damp smells down below and no green mold on the deck. Better still we got to see the newly covered seats in the saloon, which had been recovered by a local lady in Ardfern over the winter - a great improvement from the blue stripes.
