18 Aug. Fine weather continues and we headed south to Barra to meet up with Jeremey and Ruth (in their motorhome) to have a day at the beach. This is the island of Sanday, one of the most southerly islands on the Outer Hebrides. A proper beach day with lunch in the sunshine, followed by kayaking around the bay, snorkelling and swimming all topped off with bottlenose dolphins around the boat. Rounded off with a curry at Cafe Kismul in Castlebay - a perfect day.
