As so named in The Times, and it is pretty remote, a 2 hour walk from the nearest road. It may be remote but it’s one of the busiest beaches we've visited in Scotland! We didn't realise that it's in every tourist brochure, so everyone in the area or doing the North Coast 500 visits the beach. We passed at least 100 other people when walking back from beach, lots of camper van folks walking down to camp overnight on the beach. I hope they had good sleeping bags as it was freezing cold!
