Venturous and her happy crew arrived in Bermuda YESTERDAY, July 1st. A host of watchful, enthusiastic, and prayerful friends and family are thrilled and ready to celebrate this part of the venture when each arrives home.

Now we're busy chasing engine and other repair folks. We hope to complete service work and leave this Thursday, if weather conditions permit, estimating arrival in Newport on Monday. That's the goal. We'll see what weather and repairs allow.

Bill Hughes, Harry Privette continue for the final passage with Phil, and new additions are Harry's wife Grace, and Gaile (me), joining the crew on Tuesday. I'll be doing the next update from Newport, as our boat reaches its home port for the first time. We are looking forward to it!
