We left Sivota to go to Spatakhori and anchor in the bay. The last time we were here Njord was the only yacht anchored in the bay and this time it was so packed we tried to find a spot, but without much luck. We did get the anchor down, it is quite deep, but were too close to the Taverna's mooring buoy so were asked to move. Fair enough, if a yacht had come there after we settled we would have needed to move.

So on we went to Abelike bay. We anchored next to a Nauticat 39. It is quite deep here and they had 45 metres of chain out, we discovered later, which seemed a lot. They swung too close to us for nighttime comfort as the wind got up in the early evening. As we arrived after them the etiquette is for us to move. By this time some yachts had left so we were able to move closer into the cove. We should have move in earlier in hindsight, a lesson learnt. Unfortunately we dragged in the now 25-30 knots of wind and had to move at 23.00. So we again stayed up all night on a watch system. There were 25 yachts anchored in this particular spot; a beautiful but busy place in July and August no doubt so best to come at the beginning or end of the season.
