With 65nm to run to our landfall on Isla Graciosa it really feels like home straight. It's been an overcast day but the sky has just cleared, with the sea taking on that beautiful clear deep blue.
With present boat speed in this fine tradewind, in order to arrive after dawn tomorrow we must seriously reduce sail; we should be so lucky!
So hopefully the next posting will be from the peace of an anchorage; the Pilot says of my island: "When you land on Graciosa you can take off your shoes and forget the world" ... my kind of place.
