Family Cruise 2
28 May 2009 | Corralejo Harbour
NW 15kt, fair, 1019 falling slowly
On Tuesday with Michael, Tina, Anna, Sam & Isabelle aboard, we sailed in light winds for Isla Lobos; but by the time we anchored the wind was back up to 20kts and the novice sailors in the crew were not comfortable! So it was off to the shelter of Corralejo Harbour once again, for a peaceful couple of nights at anchor. On Thursday we took advantage of a nice little NW breeze to sail to Papagayo, anchoring for lunch; great success with the rod for our fisherman Sam; he has promised us a dozen more Red Snapper for lunch tomorrow.
