Last breakfast in NSW waters, entering the Tweed

We both felt like a mighty good breakfast after spending all night at sea. SO scrambled eggs were the choice, an hour before arrival at The Tweed bar.
Yummy, 5 eggs between 2 pax. Added spicy Salami, sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese, chopped tomatoes, ground pepper and Himalayan pink salt. Finished off with a few drops of Tabasco. Scrambled eggs, great at sea as you can serve them in a bowl.
