Today was a killer day. I spent 3 hours in the am going through years of collectables in one of my various cargo trailers to decide what stays and what goes. Then repeat that on the boat a few hours later. I thought I'd have the boat purged in, "A couple of hours"...took all day- the waterline raised at least 2" but not for long...we haven't provisioned yet. I humped bins up to my truck at low tide cart after cart after cart...7 in total stacked double high...yes, that's right....14 bins of junk came out of the lockers! Guess I'm a pack rat! We are ready to rebuild the foundation of what was a generic inland water sailboat to an impressive offshore cruiser in a single bound. As I pull away from the perma grip of terra firma and head out to sea, we are taking only what we need for survival - well AND a couple dozen of my projects to be done along the way :0)

I hope it all fits on board. Doing laundry and packing tightly only two bags.
See you all on the other side...the HF radio/satellite side...verbage only from now on.
