Hello All!!! Today was my last land workout…now back to ocean romance…wind, waves, blue skies, isometrics. My stay here at Safe Harbor South Bay has come to a close. Depart Sunday 0630 for ENSENADA BABY!!! Already tasting street tacos and inexpensive cerveza!

First, I must give a shout out to the fine peeps here at the marina. Tori, Dani, Andy, Edwin & Abraham; all great people. Totally accommodating, fun to work with and run a tight ship. I have really enjoyed being here and in San Diego as a whole. Would recommend to anyone, give this place a look if you are heading south by water or land!

I must admit, for the first time for as long as I can remember, it has been such a relaxing, productive enjoyable past few months (except the dental work…YUK). Just letting the days happen, not getting all wigged out over the small stuff, working out, daily long walks in the evenings (about 30-35 miles per week), getting to know my dock friends, reading, chillaxing…what a concept. I finally feel retired and with great purpose move forward to the unknown.

The next handful on months will be, I’m sure, full of shenanigans and good times worth writing about. I will keep the groundhog days to myself as the content could easily bore those not here experiencing the dynamic.

So, stay tuned my friends, leave a comment to motivate me to keep writing and share the blog with others if you see fit. I’m super stoked to get this mighty ship salty again!!
