Spent today looking at houses near the Atlantic ICW. On the water are still a bit out of my reach, but I saw several that were possibles for me. One in particular was in excellent shape. It was purchased on 2004/5 for $259K, but is listed toady for $93,500! While it sounds like a steal, I am of the opinion that the high was way too high, probably twice its actual value. That makes the present price good, but not terrific. :) Had a picnic lunch in the car while driving, which is a trait of mine. Beautiful day, wonderful weather is warm, sunny but not too hot. January in Florida is very enjoyable.
