To our friends, followers and loved ones from Johnny, Richard and Jonathan:

Wow! Here we are on our great Atlantic adventure, 200 miles out of Gran Canaria on our way to the Cape Verde Islands. The dream has come true, and all is well on board, morale is good, but we are all three finding the transition from comfortable shore life to this very different environment quite a jolt to the system. Still, the sun is shining out of a clear blue sky, and WFTM is behaving beautifully - riding the long Atlantic swells like the thouroughbred she is, and wonderfully managed by our skipper Len who is keeping everyone and everything in good order!

We anticipate arriving in Cape Verde sometime on the weekend, the winds are pretty light so far. This is to let you know that other than a bit of seasickness, we are all safe and well, and happy. We send our love to you all, and would miss you there if we didn't have so much to do. More from us in a day or two.

John, Richard and Jonathan
