Last week here

09 March 2014 | Stuart
We had quite a storm here lots of wind. The rain came heavy at first then mostly disappeared, but the wind stayed up most of the night. There were also tornado warnings, but we didn't get any. Cooler the next couple of nights, but comfortable.
We saw Erik and Carol before they got away on their trip. We may meet up again before they leave for home. We paid here and plan to leave on Friday for Vero Beach. We can stay till Sunday but don't want to travel on the weekend. We will meet up with friends in Vero and be there for at least a week. It is still cool in northern Florida.
I will miss the people here. We have had a great time and were never bored. Besides a couple of storms we have had great weather. It will probably be a bit quieter here tomorrow because this is the last day for the Nina and Pinta. Not sure when they leave, probably tomorrow, heading to Ponce Inlet.
If anything interesting happens between now and next week will send a note. Otherwise we will get a blog out once we are in Vero Beach. It will be nice to move, but still liked it here.
