We spend a couple of days just around the marina. We moved the fuel jugs from mid port up as far as we could toward the bow. They had been just outside the window over the galley and now it is clear and I can see out while working there. They are more out of the way and we can move up both sides easier. We still don't have the wind generator up but we met the guy we bought it from last year and we got a pole for it from him delivered this morning. It may get up this year, who knows. The weather has been great and we just go out and enjoy it while we can. Saturday we had heavy rain here with flood warnings on some streets in St. Lucie and Jensen Beach. On Friday we met with Dan and Linda and did a bit of shopping before going over to their place. It has been great having them around and visiting for the last couple of weeks. They are heading to Orlando way to meet family flying in late Saturday. When we came back from visiting with them we got back to the boat and say a new boat beside us. It is people we met on our first trip down from Newburyport, Ma. With the rain Saturday we just got to yell hello the them but got them over for a visit Sunday. Catching up on what has happened since we say them a couple of years ago in Vero Beach. We have been chatting with them the last few days. We got a call from Jim and Mary and we are hoping to see them tomorrow (Thursday) they are planning to drive down about a 1 1/2 hour drive. The weather has been great this week, hot and sunny. The weekend looks wet and then more sunshine. We will probably be here until mid March. Just checked the weather home and it looks like a week of above freezing so hopefully will get rid of some snow so people can see out their windows. We are just really enjoying walking around here in the nice weather, bands are playing at night downtown along the boardwalk and at the restaurant beside the marina. You can hear the music as you sit outside in the cockpit. Also the planes and trains. Always something
