Rarotonga in the Cook Islands, the Kingdom of Tonga, then on to Fiji. We left Wings in a keel trench cut into the ground to await our return. In April, 2015, we returned to Fiji and Bill and crew sailed Wings back upwind through Vava'u, Tonga; Rarotonga, Cook Islands; and to Bora Bora in French Polynesia. After three years in French Polynesia, their Customs laws required a tax to import the boat, or that we depart the country. We chose the latter, sailing to and from Rarotonga in the Cook Islands. We're back in our beloved French Polynesia for another three years.
