We passed 1550 nm today, 60% of the total. I had the best sailing watch ever: rolling along at 5-6 knots, listening to old rock and roll. The stars were out, the wind was fair, and sea was fine. Sigh. We're motoring again since the wind has failed.

We're beginning to see effects of chafe everywhere, so we'll institute a tour every day to seek and prevent chafe. Should have done it earlier, I guess.

Everyone is well. Several more boats in the fleet reached the Marquesas today. Nice to hear them doing so well and being safe. Note our latitude: we're almost at the equator.
