We have had a whirl wind of activity since we left the Keys and hit Eleuthra. Our heart filled Tavernier Harbor is many miles behind. The 24 reflecting heart lights that glisten on the water at night is now our peaceful wake. Eleuthra came in a hurry by crossing in record time to unload and head back out to cross over to Marsh Harbor for Spring Season of Bahamas Sea Base High Adventure camp with the Boy Scouts of America. The water had been calm up until last night where is howled and whistled blowing in at 40 and kept up the pace for hours. The day has passed the air has turned cold and the wind has let up to a moderate 15 which is great because we have 18 mystery scouts arriving any minute now. Preparing Adonai for the scouts has been mucho work my whole life is upside down again. I have been moving from space to space for the last nine years. This move is short just across the hull but still all items are looking for their new home a slight feeling of being misplaced will soon pass. All will settle in and my mind will be able to rest instead of play hide and seek.
This area of the Bahamas is beautiful with white sandy beaches the crystal clear waters of the Bahamas and mostly calm making for a favorite cruising ground for many. The sunsets are amazing and thank God they happen every night. I love how God is consistent, I should take lessons!
We have 15 weeks of scouts this year. Our groups are of 20 ages 13 to 17 with adult leaders.Adonai will be sailing around the sea showing the scouts God's beautiful creation.
Great news just found out we have Venture Scouts, that means girls will be onboard. Thank you Lord as this is a male dominated world here and female companionship is welcomed. The scouts are also working on their duty to God patch this years which will be excellent for Jesus conversations. My world is suddenly looking up!
