Boulder Colorado hits the high Seas
11 June 2016 | Marsh Harbor Abaco
This weeks adventure aboard Adonai was with Troop 377 all the way from Boulder Colorado to the Sea of Abaco. Weathering out a tropical storm for three days we felt a bit washed up by the end.
Inventive skits out on Water Cay this week was our first Presidential debate which is a high match for last weeks trail. The scouts are always full of new and creative ideas.
We had a fine catch of conch, mutton snapper and Spanish mackerel this week. The barracuda gave a good fight but is no good for the pan.
Foul Rocks was the favorite reef and participation in the run, walk swim crawl to Tahiti Beach was a high turn out which is followed up with the open a coconut with your bare hands contest.
Scouting is an adventure and on the Sea of Abaco "if it's going to happen it's going to happen out there!"
Have a super day! Thank you for sailing with us. Captain Ted and Admiral Gail
